Ork Heavy Weapons Boyz I

In the blister you get two models, an Ork with a Heavy Shoota and one with a missile launcha. I have to admit I don't really like the missile launcha weapon as it strikes me as odd! I have also converted some of the models from the Ork Boyz set, and also have some Orks with Forgeworld Twin Big Shootas.

I start off with a black undercoat and then do all the metallic bitz with a drybrush of tin bitz and chainmail.

I then do all the Ork skin with a dark green, highlight with Goblin Green before doing final highlights with a mixture of Goblin Green and Bleached Bone.

The orks' teeth are first done in Bleached Bone before final highlights of Skull White.

Generally I am trying to do my Ork uniforms in shades of grey, but certain things like packs I am doing in browns.

As you can see the Big Shoota model is much further ahead then the model with the Rokkit Launcha.
